TAN documents the devastating fires that swept through the Monts d’Arrée region of Brittany in the summer of 2022. The project brings together the perspectives of photographers Stéphane Lavoué, Anne-Cécile Esteve, and Gilles Pouliquen, each exploring the traces left by the disaster on the landscape and its inhabitants. Through photographs of scorched terrain, local communities, and transformed environments, the book reflects on memory, loss, and resilience. Conceived as an act of remembrance, TAN examines both the physical scars of the fire and its lasting impact on collective memory.
