In her new book, Bérangère Fromont explores youth and resilience in Place de la République, focusing on a generation navigating history, politics, and everyday life.
République is a photographic series begun in 2023 that examines the presence of the body in space, light, and the relationship between individuals and their surroundings. The project echoes her earlier series Except the Clouds (2016), which focused on the protests in Athens and the place of human beings within history.
