Retrospective of Europe Challenge – Telling Our Lives

As part of The Europe Challenge, the Goethe-Institut and Singa Lyon organised a series of 7 free workshops from January to July 2026, including gesture theatre, dance, gardening, music and other creative practices. These workshops were a great success, encouraging intercultural and intergenerational exchanges among participants.

Documented by photographers Natasha Veyre and Aliénor Perrard, the project is presented through a two-part photographic exhibition at the Goethe-Institut Lyon and at Singa Lyon.

At a time when societies are increasingly divided, this initiative aims to build lasting connections between newcomers and local residents, supporting integration, broadening perspectives and fostering dialogue, encounters and new collaborative projects.
