Traces 1999–2026 brings together three former recipients of the Hessian Cultural Foundation grants who lived and worked at the Cité internationale des arts in Paris: Helga Fanderl (film), Yvonne Roeb (sculpture) and Paula Rosolen (dance). Through film, sculpture, performance and installation, the exhibition explores how their time in Paris has shaped their artistic practices. Their interdisciplinary works examine perception, memory and the many ways reality is constructed and interpreted. The exhibition opens on 10 September at 7 pm with Paula Rosolen’s performance Crash Test #5: Theater. Artist talks will take place on 12 September, followed by the presentation of Yvonne Roeb / Correlatio on 23 October.
