Christopher Anderson first received international attention for his documentary work from conflict zones all over the world and is a member of Magnum since 2005. The birth of his son in 2008 became the starting point for a very personal, intimate photography project: “For many years I have traveled extensively to document the emotional experiences of others. It feels like everything I ever photographed only prepared me for this project. I think this series of photographs is my most important work, they are a record of love and a reflection on the seasonal nature of life.” (Christopher Anderson)
