Through iconic spy figures, from Mata Hari, Carrie Mathison and Malotru to James Bond and Edward Snowden, this exhibition explores the unique relationship between cinema and espionage. Following a chronological path (from the end of the 19th century to the present day) with important thematic references, this exhibition is based on a varied corpus of 250 images, bringing together film gadgets, historical artifacts, archival documents, film excerpts, costumes, and contemporary works of art.
