Hosted from 2025 to 2029 at the Musée d’Art Moderne de Paris during the renovation work at the Centre Pompidou, the exhibition of the Marcel Duchamp Prize 2026 nominees is presented under the curatorship of Odile Burluraux and Nicolas Liucci-Goutnikov.
For this edition, the four nominees—Joël Andrianomearisoa, Brognon Rollin (David Brognon and Stéphanie Rollin), Laura Henno, and Josèfa Ntjam—present their works within the museum’s collections, in free and open access. The winning artist will be announced on Thursday, October 22, 2026, during the Art Week by an international jury chaired by Xavier Rey, director of the Musée National d'Art Moderne, and composed of heads of artistic institutions, collectors, and two artists. Organized in partnership with the Centre Pompidou, the Marcel Duchamp Prize is one of the major benchmark prizes in the contemporary art world. Since its inception in 2000 by ADIAF, the Marcel Duchamp Prize has recognized numerous artists who have become key figures on the international scene.
