A tribute to Canadian artist and filmmaker Michael Snow (1928-2023), the exhibition offers an original overview of the work by a major twentieth-century artist who always played with the retrospective format, never hesitating to produce new works based on his earlier output. Conceived from a radio broadcasted program and a slide show produced in 1978, Do You Know Snow? invites audiences to explore the fine line between the work and the document in an immersive multimedia experience in which written words, images and sound lead to reconsider our relationship to the work and to screens.
