On the occasion of the bicentennial of the invention of photography, the Pinault Collection is dedicating its autumn season to a major tribute exhibition. Conceived as a free and original journey, "Remember Me" transforms the entire Bourse de Commerce into a vast panorama of the medium, from its earliest experiments to its most contemporary forms. Inspired by the book 100 Chefs-d’oeuvre de la photographie. Collection Pinault published in 2024, the journey resembles a fugue: a free traversal, without a strict chronology, that allows for unexpected correspondences and dialogues between genres and eras, offering the visitor a sensitive and open-minded experience of the history of photography.
