This exhibition will feature photographic prints related to "Reproductive Mimicry Converter." This work is a mixed-media installation consisting of approximately 1200 photographic prints of industrial areas arranged on the walls and floor of a room, along with projected images on the floor. This exhibition will feature 24 selected, framed photographs from that installation. The installation itself will also be exhibited at the concurrently held "Miracle of the Gaze: Adventures of Japanese Female Photographers" exhibition (Hikarie Hall).

At both venues, we will offer two different photographic experiences: wandering through a space surrounded by numerous photographs and videos, and confronting framed photographs. In addition, at MEM, we will exhibit three-dimensional works themed around books, a project that Komatsu has been working on for some time.
