As part of the exhibition series "La jeune photographie allemande", organized by the Goethe-Institut Paris together with the Deutsche Börse Photography Foundation, students of Prof. Ute Mahler and Marit Herrmann, Ostkreuzschule Berlin turn to what connects and unites people nowadays.
"With Each Other" includes photographic positions which seek the tension between the common and the juxtaposition. In addition to personal, often biographical works, there are series in which the search for new living environments and forms of life becomes recognizable. Others address the limitations and difficulties of togetherness through issues such as gender and migration.
