This exhibition, at the crossroads of art and science, aims to shed light on old age as a biological, demographic, and social reality through a series of photographs.
Behind the lens, the artist Nikos Aliagas captures everyday scenes and creates striking portraits. Some of his most beautiful photographs, interwoven with the scientific reflections of researcher Samuel Pavard, can be discovered at the Foyer Germaine Tillion (250 m²).
By merging their both clear-sighted and delicate perspectives on the great ages, the exhibition invites viewers to question our relationship with time, the place we afford to elderly people in our societies, and the connections that different generations forge with one another.
