As part of the exhibition series "La jeune photographie allemande", which the Goethe-Institut Paris organises annually together with the Deutsche Börse Photography Foundation, students of the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne show photographic-installative works that deal with the global dimension and complexity of the ecological crisis. They question artificial intelligences about the future of the world and develop poetic narratives of doom in which grief is paired with a will to act. The concern of art here is to make the invisible visible.
