Conceived as a labyrinth, the Surrealism exhibition is an unprecedented plunge into the exceptional creative effervescence of the movement, born in 1924 with the publication of André Breton’s Manifesto. Combining paintings, sculptures, objects, films, photographs, and literature, the exhibition displays the works by emblematic Surrealists, as well as the lesser-known works by women Surrealists and international artists.
