This exhibition features highlights from David Garrard Lowe’s eponymous collection of historic Chicago photographs and ephemera, donated by Lowe to the Ryerson and Burnham Archives in 2016. This collection of approximately 1,100 objects dating from the 1880s to 1980s includes residences, office buildings, hotels, schools, clubs, transportation, infrastructure, and much more.
