The Le Corbusier Foundation presents the LCAXN exhibition by Nicolas Grospierre, architectural photographer awarded the Golden Lion at the Venice Biennale in 2008. Nicolas Grospierre has developed a style of photographic representation that is neither photography nor drawing and which he calls “axonometric photography”. In LCAXN, he has taken the axonometric drawings of Le Corbusier's unrealized projects and brought them to life through his photomontages. This project opens a fascinating dialogue between Maison La Roche - Le Corbusier's first purist house, where the works will be exhibited - and houses never built, imagined by Le Corbusier and brought back to life in a surprising way by Nicolas Grospierre.
