Akio Nagasawa Gallery Ginza is pleased to present ichi-go ichi-e, a solo exhibition by Daniel Blaufuks. Daniel Blaufuks is a Portuguese artist whose practice centers on photography and video. He has presented his work in a wide range of formats, including books, installations, and films, and has held exhibitions internationally. His ongoing artistic inquiry focuses on the relationship between time and space, as well as the points at which private and public memory intersect.
In 2025, Blaufuks presented his work at the Portugal Pavilion of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, marking his first visit to Japan. This exhibition introduces photographs and collage works created during his stay, produced daily as a visual "diary" while traveling through various locations across Japan.
