The Elliott Erwitt exhibition pays tribute to one of the most important photographers of the 20th century, a member of Magnum Photos since 1953.

The exhibition retraces the different themes of his work through an exceptional collection of black and white and color photographs from 1949 to 2000. An American photographer of Russian origin who grew up in Italy and France, Elliott Erwitt is notably renowned for his street scenes, but also for his photographs of famous personalities such as Marilyn Monroe, Jackie Kennedy, Charles De Gaulle, Che Guevara, Alfred Hitchcock, Nikita Khrushchev, etc. Beyond certain icons, visitors will discover a much broader body of work, both profound and light-hearted. Europe and America are his almost natural playground, but his work covers the whole world. Elliott Erwitt spans a century, combining approaches and roles like no other.
