The Last Firefly is Elijah Gowin's second solo exhibition at PGI. Inspired by a photogram that his daughters made with the light of fireflies they caught, Gowin created photograms of his own, and the abstract trajectory of the fireflies. Traveling through the United States and Asia to photograph them, the paths of the fireflies reveal changes in the landscape brought about by economic changes.
