Inspired by Rachel Carson's 1962 prophetic essay Silent Spring, the exhibition features Paul’s vivid and incisive collages using photographic sources, in which she depicts humans as an invasive species, causing trees and plants to evolve into grotesque hybrid forms. Paul also creates photo-drawing collages of bumblebees and birds at risk.
