The Circulation(s) festival is back for its 12th edition with a programme that reveals the vitality, creativity and diversity of emerging photography. For two months, the public will be invited to discover exhibitions presenting the work of 30 young artists from all over Europe, with a focus on the Armenian artistic scene. A springboard for artists, a prospective and innovative laboratory for contemporary creativity, Circulation(s) is asserting itself as an unmissable photography event and a trend spotter. Since its creation in 2011, the festival has exhibited more than 400 artists and gathered more than 300,000 visitors around an ever-stronger desire to be both a popular and demanding event.
Founded on values of education and transmission around the image, Circulation(s) adapts to the current context by reinventing the formats of events and meetings. Whether digital or physical, these meetings create dialogues between artists, professionals and the public, confronting views and questioning the boundaries between photography and contemporary art.
