in camera gallery presents "Amour" by Claudine Doury. In fifteen prints, the photographer traces her Siberian Odyssey along the Amour river between 1991 and 2018.
This series was her first "real" personal work, nourished at the same time by a desire of a visual emancipation and an intense curiosity. In 1991, they were only few images on the great North and the peoples of Siberia. This long terms project is the witness of the territory and its history : from the conquest of the East by the Cossacks to the Russian settlement over the centuries.
